Generational Investment and Ownership Real Estate Experience in Single and Multi-Family properties. Total Assets under management is $180,000,000 that span over 14 multi-family locations. Our experience has been involved in renovation, acquiring/disposing and managing over 60 SFR transactions nationwide and managing, renovating over developing over 819 multi-family units on the West Coast.
Dr. Martinez has served in many healthcare positions including as Medical Director of Residential Rehabilitation Facilities and as CEO of Matrix Institute on Addictions, providing Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Training, and Research. His experience as Associate Medical Director of Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, which provides treatment for over 200,000 individuals, has informed his approach to providing evidence-based practice at scale.
